As a first-time homebuyer, I really needed to rely on my agent, and Lalo showed up for all of it. Over the course of many months, he was available to go look at homes I was interested in; to advise me on the wisdom (or not) of purchasing certain homes; to educate me about what to look or ask for; and to support me in the very exciting and very stressful process of buying a house. He also listened to me when I knew what I did and didn’t want and advocated for me when necessary. Because of Lalo, I had early notice that the house I now own had just come on the market. I quickly realized it might be the house for me. Within hours we had toured the house, and within days we’d made a strong offer and had it accepted. And when we did find the perfect house, he managed to out-negotiate four other competitive offers and now we're moving in to our dream house. It honestly couldn't have worked out better.
